Details:
This event takes place during
Quiet Valley's Harvest Festival! There's lots
to do besides seeing our group.
Learn about the life
of a Civil War soldier. Demonstrations and
presentations will include: Uniforms, Equipage,
Drill, Musket Firing and more! Demonstrations and
presentations regarding 19th century Civilian life
will also be given!

Living history events
offer you the opportunity to get up close and
personal with us, our uniforms, and equipment.
During these types of events we offer small group
and one-on-one demonstrations and presentations on a
variety of topics pertaining to soldier and civilian
life during the Civil War. We also perform firing
demonstrations and review the workings of 19th
century weaponry. While this type of event does not
include a battle reenactment, it does offer other
exciting educational opportunities to you and your
family.
